Cancellation policy
If the course is canceled by the organizer or due to an estate of emergency declared by the Japanese government, the participation fee will be fully refunded.
If you cancel the participation to one or more lessons, the participation fee can not be refunded. However, a family member or friend can take your place at any of our courses if they are at least 20 years old. Also, if you contact us at least 3 days before the time of the lesson you want to cancel, we can reprogram your participation to another lesson at another time.
